Designing School Culture with Behavior Science

  • ESC of Northeast Ohio 6393 Oak Tree Boulevard Independence, OH, 44131 United States (map)

You can have the best culture plan on paper, but if you don’t understand behavior, you’re missing the mark.

Most school culture efforts fall short not from a lack of effort, but from a lack of behavioral insight.

This session takes a two-part approach: first, building a clear understanding of behavior fundamentals, and second, applying that knowledge to intentionally design a consistent, positive school culture. Walk away with a practical starting point for creating a culture playbook that actually works.

When: Thursday May 14th, 9-11:30 am

Where: ESC of Northeast Ohio, 6393 Oak Tree Blvd., Independence OH 44131
