NEOEA Day: Behavior Acronyms Unpacked

Scho Behavior Academy is excited to participate in this year’s NEOEA Day! (Learn more about NEOEA Day here).

NEOEA Day offers a wide range of professional development opportunities for educators and school staff across Northeast Ohio. It’s a time to grow our knowledge, strengthen our classrooms, and build more inclusive, supportive learning environments for all students.

Join Scho Behavior Academy’s owner, Sarah McFarland BCBA, as she breaks down the alphabet soup of behavior terms. This session will unpack commonly used behavior acronyms—focusing on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Whether you’re new to these concepts or looking to deepen your understanding, this session will help you feel more confident navigating behavior supports within your school setting.

To register: Open to NEOEA members, please review upcoming 2025 NEOEA catalog to get information about registration.
