What is Scho Academy?
We ask educators to support behavior every day, but we don’t always give them the knowledge to do it well.
As a behavior analyst, I've seen incredible educators and support staff navigate everything from simple to complex behavior, with limited access to ongoing, practical training. Behavior support deserves more than a generic checklist; it deserves an understanding of why behavior happens, how environments influence it, and how to respond with intention.
